NoA Connect Stockholm is looking for a Senior SEO Consultant with a proven strategic mindset to join our Stockholm office.

We are now looking for a senior profile with extended experience in the digital marketing landscape. In the role, you will be responsible for SEO matters internally, ensure that we have a competitive offer to our clients along with supporting colleagues in their development and act as a quality assurer in various projects involving SEO. Part of our model is supporting clients on-site as an interim solution when necessary, meaning that the tasks might be split between client-side and project consultancy.
Qualifications
+5 years of experience working in the digital landscape
University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, IT, Communications, or equivalent.
Proven track record of successful, goal-oriented SEO work
Experience from site development projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
About the position
We see that you have a passion to work both strategically and operationally in tight cooperation with the different dimensions of marketing and e-commerce. This includes media buying, site management and development to understand how these can be aligned and improved with your area of expertise. We expect you to not only understand but have experience from best practice SEO processes and technology solutions to drive business growth for our clients.
Have a data-driven approach to SEO, ranging from collecting / assembling to analysing and letting data argue your cases.
Help clients break down internal silos by driving cross-functional change.
Help design and lead implementation of SEO plans, with focus on technical but also content.
Work closely with the customers IT, marketing and sales department and also the existing eco-system of external partners.
Help develop KPIs tied to SEO and business goals, and find ways to track the progress of these.
Development knowledge (HTML, CSS and code structure)
Stay up to date with the latest trends within SEO and advise clients on its implications for their business.
Integration of SEO and paid search marketing
Share knowledge and help develop our competencies as a team.
