Organizational Consultant - Copenhagen

The position 
In NoA Connect we believe in delivering marketing solutions that will continue to thrive in our clients’ organizations well after we leave – and that is where you come in. We are looking for an organizational consultant who will help our clients build organizational capabilities and internal engagement for implementing technology-based marketing solutions. You will be a key figure in our consultancy and facilitate the organizing of our clients’ organizational capabilities around new platforms.  

What you will be doing: 

  • Lead change management and organizational development projects with clients, including: 

  • Organizational design  

  • Capability analyses and -development 

  • Facilitate workshops and training 

  • Stakeholder management 

  • Develop the team and business within your domain 

You will get a great deal of freedom in designing your projects and area of expertise in a manner that you find interesting and suitable.  

Who we are looking for 
You might be a perfect fit if you are driven and experienced in designing and implementing
change management projects with an outset in technology and platforms, either as a consultant or in-house.  

In addition, you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in change management and
    organizational development 

  • Have experience in managing stakeholders and political agendas in complex organizations   

  • Understand people and drivers of behavior

  • Know how to design the internal organizational conditions needed to succeed in complex projects 

  • Naturally establish trusting relationships with clients at all organizational levels 

We don’t put a lot of emphasis on your educational background as long as your theoretical foundation is strong, and you have experience in applying it to organizations.
