Senior Analytics Consultant - Stockholm

We are now looking for a senior profile with extended experience in the analytics landscape to help build our analytics function internally and support clients. In the role, you will be responsible for measurement matters internally along with supporting colleagues in their development and act as a quality assurer in various projects. Part of our model is supporting clients on-site as an interim solution when necessary, meaning that the tasks might be split between client side and project consultancy.

Qualifications

  • +5 years of experience working in the digital landscape

  • Experience from a number of marketing- / data management-platforms from vendors such as Google, Adobe, Tableau, SalesForce, Microsoft etc.

  • University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, IT, Communications, or equivalent.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

In the position
We see that you have a passion to work both strategically and operationally in tight cooperation with the different dimensions of marketing and e-commerce. This includes media buying, site management and development to understand how these can be aligned and improved. We expect you to not only understand but have experience from best practice marketing processes and technology solutions to drive business growth for our clients. 

  • Have a data-driven approach to analytics, ranging from collecting / assembling to analysing and letting data argue your cases. 

  • Help clients break down internal silos by driving cross-functional change.

  • Work closely with the customers IT, marketing and sales department and also existing eco-system of external partners 

  • Help design and lead implementation of full measurement plans, making sure that collected data is activated and reported to key stakeholders. 

  • Be able to demonstrate the ROI of choices made around platforms, channels, audiences etc and the LTV connected to acquired customers.

  • Help develop KPIs tied to marketing and business goals, and find ways to visualize and track progress of these. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends with data driven sales and marketing and advise clients on its implications for their business.

  • Share knowledge and help develop our competencies as a team.
